Meh, I'll check that flop a lot. I used to be a c-betting monkey. Now, it's like HU, I'll bet 100% of the time, 3-handed, I'll bet like 97% of the time, 4 handed depends a ton more on the flop texture, etc. I would maybe bet 50% of the time (?).
Turn is standard fold. If we knew we had 6 outs, then it'd be close, but you're right, we're drawing dead, or reverse dominated, etc, too often.

even so your hand is such that it is going to be hard for you to get value from draws without putting in bets behind more often.
i think i check that flop about half the time and bet it the other half. depends on how the games been going.

I lean towards tending to c-bet anyway. AK UI is good some of the time, therefore a c-bet may have value... plus realizable fold equity. And, "psychotic aggression" is an image I like to cultivate.
Love the turn fold. Nice hand.
