Villain is 37.23/17.8/1.25

It's been awhile but I believe I felt that this player would've raised the flop if he had top pair. When he raised the turn and just called, I was feeling pretty sure he had a flush draw but I bet the river anyways. Mathematically, logically, whatever, is there any good reason to check/call the river w/such a strong hand?

bet/folding is....eh

This seems pretty standard.

I play it the same.

When the turn pairs the Queen, Villain may think his JJ-88 is good.
So his raise could make sense.

And I think there is too much value in a bet, and not enough reason to put Villain on a Flush to check the river.
And since I don't fold my trips here, bet-call seems standard.

Well Played.
