Check, and fold to a river bet.

Aces suck.

Hey now.

Meh. I would much rather have 5678ds than a generic AAxx.

What's your 3 betting range preflop? If they know that your frequency to three-bet only occurs with AAxx or KKxx, then they know that a middle-connected hand is going to play well against your range if the flop comes as it did. I think you definitely need to shutdown on the turn and I don't think I even put in a bet on the flop.

I def. agree to shutdown on the turn, but not stabbing at this flop seems odd...

At those limits you generally don't have to play a "tricky" game and can take pretty straightforward lines and still get paid off.

Yeah, but there is a reasonable chance that our hand is best.

AA there is good?

They could assume I'm only 3 betting preflop with AAxx. I could have like JT9X double suited or something.

I'd make the same bet with a wrap and flush draw. They need a pretty good hand to call on that board. Once they do call though....

It's not a good hand, but it could easily be best. They need at least top two to call, and we are beating a draw.

Which is why I asked what your perceived three-betting range was pf. See my post above.

Oh yeah. Forgot to go over that. Yes, I sometimes will 3 bet pre-flop with hands other than Aces. But usually once I've built up a stack. I think I 3 bet here in this hand cause the table was only 4 handed. As opposed to 6.

I actually flat call an EP raiser a lot with AAxx. I'm still learning, so I'm always playing hands differently, just messing around in different situations.
