Worst case scenario is top set with a medium, foldable flush. Your best chance in this case is him folding to a value bet.

(Worst case aside from the obvious 65SS, LDO, edit, etc)

At an aggro table I'd definitely c/r the flop. I loves me a good checkraise.

I'd shove the river given that you bet the turn.
