If hero calls , there is a good possibility UTG pushes all in with his short stack. I don't like him checking the flop and closing the action on flop.

I am dying to call this but we should probably fold and wait for a better chance.

Well you can always look for a better chance in another session.

I never sit down to play poker unless i have at least 1.5 hours.

If you have divided free time in small periods , i think playing SnG's is better rather than cash games.
