i was playing in a pp freerool with like 400 people left, blinds are 50-100, 2 people call in mid position, im on button with AK, raise to 400, blinds fold and the 2 mid call. flop is 6 7 9, rainbow, first position raises to 500 with about 1300-1400 in the pot, guy behind folds, thinkin i have the best hand i go all-in for about 2000 more(if he calls hes left with 400 left if he loses)....guy thinks for a second and calls. CALLS WITH AN (A 6), wouldnt you think i hit the flop better or had over pp? who's the idiot, me or him,

I'd say both, but wouldn't use that strong a word.

Think about it. A limper in first position bets INTO a preflop raiser who has position. Do you think he missed the flop? Did you think he'd do that with bottom pair? Maybe, but we have no read here.

So you try to bluff him off his hand? Big mistake here.

And the fact that he called you is a big mistake too. Unless of course, he knows how you play AK and had a dead read on you.

You are. Stone cold bluffing in the early stages of a Party freeroll is insane.

id figure i could get him to fold, i thought he missed the flop completely, maybe he had K 10 or K Q. freerollstarted with 1110 people, so about half were gone

It's a freeroll, do you really think you're gonna get someone who paired to lay down their hand? As the above posted stated, freerolls and bluffing do not mix. Though you'll see all kinds of bluffs tried anyway.
