so how do we think he'll do next season? is this the right time to move on? how will he be in 5 years? is this guy gonna be a top defenseman in the league?

He's a step better then Jack Johnson and Jack in five games this season sure did not look out of place.

What's Erik Johnson going to have left when he's about 40 years old sitting at home with about $50 million and 3 lousy Norris trophies?

As a Blues fan, I'm happy to see him make the jump this year. Hopefully JD will be able to swing another Wideman for Boyes steal to clear up the defenseman logjam that will result.
