Full Version: Betting Or Not Betting On Draws

This falls under strategy so I believe this is the right place to ask this question.

This deals with NoLimit Hold'em or Pot Limit.

I need some help or general guidelines on how to bet with draws. Should I or shouldn't I? And if I do bet, than how much should I bet? I know every situation is different but some general thoughts would still really be nice.

If I were to bet on a straight or flush draw, how would things change due to the amount of pot, the amount of players and so on? How much should I be playing or should I just lay back and fold/or try to hit my draw?

Any response is appreciated as well as any good online articles on this. Thanks guys.

Honestly, it depends.

Post specific hands in the appropriate forums.
