few questions.

a while back, i remember reading about people having problems rebuying in the 1k freerolls...ive never played on the new network so i want to make sure i know how to rebuy before im accidentally out of the tourny.

another question, is this tourny going to have the double rebuy option?

thx.

The key is to have the rebuy box checked before the hand starts.

The ones I've tried before only have the single rebuy(not good).

Wanna back me in this after your win on Bodog a few weeks back?

Welcome back to playing with the rest of the degenerate gang.

Vatche I was wrong(slightly)

You check the rebuy box before you play in a hand and CAN choose double or single at that time, BUT I have not found a way to top off if dropping below 1500 without going busto.

You must also recheck the rebuy box everytime after you rebuy to set up the next rebuy.

Just out of curiosity, how many rebuys do you guys usually place. Should I allot 4 rebuys and the addon? I'm trying to get better at bankroll management and I'm not a big rebuy tourney guy, but I'm in for this one.
FCP Bob
I just want to warn everybody to please try and make sure that they know how the rebuy feature works with the software.

You must select the rebuy option before you lose your chips as you will not get an option to rebuy after going broke. This isn't a good thing but it's what we have to work with at the moment.

You can only rebuy when you go broke, you can't rebuy if you still have any chips.

The addon after level 8 is $6000 chips.

If you want to get used to the rebuy features of the software I suggest playing in the $1K freeroll tonight at 9PM ET if you haven't used it before.

What's the starting stack and starting blinds? And is there still no antes in FCP tournaments

Starting stack is 3000 chips and blinds will be 10-20.

There are no antes.

So I won my seat in a satellite, and just realized now that it's a rebuy. I dont really have the roll to play a $50 rebuy. If I unregister, do I get credited with $55? If not, I'll just play it as a freezeout.

If you unregister you'll get nothing so please don't unregister.

I think the rebuy instructions should be posted in General Poker, perhaps even stickied.

There are quite a few players in this who aren't going to be familiar with the software and will be really unhappy if they get knocked out of this thing during the rebuy period.

HI AAsnake88, that is exactly what I'm planning on doing either just before I go to bed tonight or first thing when I get up in the morning.
