The WHA is about to file a lawsuit against parties related to Global Development Inc.
Per press releases and interviews we found out that the related parties were supposed to fund the league for the first season and instead issued illegal shares to the tune of 100 million shares+
This put the WHA in financial difficulties of which they are currently working out of.
The stock declined from .30 to .50 range pre December "06" to the current area due to the share pressure.
When this lawsuit and its claims are revealed the market should respond positively to WHKA.
We believe those 100+ million shares will be forced to be returned. Causing this stock to recover to previous highs.

Commentary
Its a shame that a company has tried to take down WHA that was doing good for the up and coming athletes. This future success story of the WHA will be a testament to CEO Ricky Smith as they overcome the diversity. David and Goliath story at its best or should we say WHA vs Goliath.
In this case as before we are pulling for the little guy, our money is on the WHA. (WHKA)
