I think he saw my 8 and thought i had a 8 in the hole so he represents jacks. Should i just call?

I think I would probably cap this preflop for the exact reason you mentioned, he probably doesn't think your as strong as you are. I would play 4th exactly the same way raise then just call his reraise. I definetly throw a raise out on 5th. If the villan happened to have started with aces in the hole, he hasn't made two pair so we're in the lead now. We also took the lead from any smaller two pair. A straight is very unlikely because he probably wouldn't have done so much betting and raising on 3rd and 4th without a pair. A flush is also unlikely for the same reason. The only hand that leaves us to worry about it trips. He probably wouldn't play rolled up jacks this hard against only an 8 showing from our hand. No way he playes pocket threes this hard. He can't have trip nines as two nines were door cards on 3rd. This leaves trip 10's as the only reasonable holding we can't beat. We're ahead of so many hands here I think we have to raise it. If you know the villan to be aggresive a check raise here is perfect.

I think you mean raise 6th...He doesn't get 2 pair til 6th...and I agree with that line of thinking.

Raise on 4th is fine.
Raise 6th when you hit 2 pair. His board is not that scary, although str8/flush possibilities are there. He has probably got 2p, or 1p+draw.
If you're behind to a set, or str8, that's just too bad.
