How correct is inducing a bluff in stud? Should i just bet out on river?

anything less than 3 6 you don't do anything cute, just bet your hands, the donkeys will call, no need to "induce" anything, just good, tight, straight forward stud will win at these levels.

go ahead and bet this on 7th, there's just nothing scary on any of the boards to justify a c/c line. if you check and induce a bet, i like a raise here.

it's not likely you're going to induce a bluff here because

1. you have a pair of aces showing
2. you're not heads up. not too often are you going to bluff out multiple players on the river.

the exception would be when you're against a known maniac. then c/r as Hanguk says. otherwise just hammer it. this also sets you up to get an extra bet in if you fill up and get raised by someone thinking their flush is good.

also, i might go for a c/r on 4th. its unlikely anyone is worried about you having another ace. if it checks around, you can put in the bigger bet on 5th, unless you have good reason to be worried at that point.

It's 1-2 though, you'd be surprised. Moreover, players here might just v-bet 2-pair, thinking you just have aces.
