This hand happened at the end of last summer. Not sure why I'm posting it now but whatever... Information may not be completely accurate. Button is very aggressive. LP is drinking a whole lot and is obnoxious, but is quiet during this hand. They both cover me.

8 players at the table. I have about $200.

Folds to LP who raises to 12. Folds to button who calls. SB folds. I call from the BB with A 3

Flop:

A Q 3 (rainbow)

I check, LP checks, Button bets 21, I raise to 48, LP raises another 48, Button thinks a while and folds...

I...?

Push and bemoan your bad luck when LP turns over AQ, then realize that you should've folded preflop?

Tough decision, but the way it's being played, villain has a set or higher two pair. Good odds to call, so maybe call and re-evaluate his play on the turn. Otherwise, fold - I don't see re-raising here.

If you must call preflop then you must also go broke on this flop. Call his reraise and then check push any turn. At least make some money out of AK to make up for the times he has AQ or QQ.
