Went to see this tonight and can't recommend it enough. If you like Shaun of the Dead you're gonna love this. I believe the release date for the US is April 20th.

Shaun of the Dead is one of those movies that the more you see it, the funnier it gets. There is a lot of subtle humor, which is what makes it so great. Office Space is the same kind of movie. The first time I watched it, I was unimpressed. Now, after seeing it a brazillion times, I think it is a masterpiece.

If you only saw Shaun of the Dead once, I recommend seeing it again.

Ok, I thought I'd get an idea on how other people rated the films that you find funnier than SOTD. So I went onto http://www.imdb.com (Internet movie database - in case you weren't aware of it.) On this site you can rate films. Most of the films that you listed had 10,000 votes or more (60,00 in some cases, lower in others) so I think the reflection is fair. As you can see I put the scores out of 10 next to each film.

See, the joke was that I insulted you for swearing, and then IMMEDIATELY swore. I figured it'd make it easier to get if I made the swearing parenthetical and wholly unneccessary, but I guess not. See, I grooved one for you, and you STILL completely whiffed on the joke. It may not have been funny, but at least it proves your inability to recognize humor, failed or otherwise.

Also, I stopped reading your list when I got to "The Sweetest Thing," which is arguably the stupidest movie I have ever fucking seen.



I'm not sure how to interperet your list, except that "The Sweetest Thing" received a 4.6/10, which is the second lowest score on a list where no movie outscores Shaun of the Dead. I'm not saying I agree with the list, or that I believe a popular vote should determine whether a movie is funny or not. I'm just saying aadams_54 is probably stupid.

The fact of the matter is I'm very opinionated, and I'm not afraid to open my mouth when I think the situation warrants it. Does that make me right all the time...absolutely not, but that's going to stop me from saying what's on my mind. If I turn a couple people off to me then so be it. It's their problem, not mine. I honestly don't care...I do not need everyone's approval to make myself feel good. Beerfest redeems Broken Lizard after the crap that was Club Dread. It's no Super Troopers, but it's pretty funny.

You're a rebel, pure and simple. I, on the otherhand, pander for the approval of the masses every chance I get. If I ever create a joke account, it's going to be "PanderBear," because think about the imagery! You'll think of a panda bear (or maybe just a regular brown bear, possible a polar), and he'll be, like, jumping around, telling dirty jokes, playing to everyone's basest desirest.
