These shows are ****ing terrible. Their feature tables arent interesting in the least. I dont give a crap about Ralph Pecorale and a bunch of donks. I know they dont have alot fo the big names there but it seems like they arent even trying to show anyone relevent or interesting.

It may get better but the first 4 episodes were boring. Before watching them I was hoping they would show alot of the young guys that made the final table(Morgan, Shaniac, Jacob) but for the most part they havent shown those players either. Ill continue to watch but its no HSP or even PAD.

How about the guy that wouldn't shut up when someone sucked out on his pocket Aces? Jeez, show come class. And you want them to play better against you?

Where are all the pros in this tourney? They have to make a big deal about Ralph Pecorale, thats right, Ralph Pecorale... Lets not forget about Darrel Dicken, the guy who sucked at the final table at the WPT tourney at Bellagio (I think)... Pathetic. Go Vince Van Patten, Mike Sexton, and Courntey Friel (drools)!!! Don't get me wrong, I love ESPN.. But I remember reading Daniel's blog about how the only reason ESPN promoted the WSOP was because the Travel Channel was getting ready to air the WPT.. Norman and Lon, you're funny, but I just like Mike and Vince better.

Note: I know this wasn't the WSOP, but the USPC probably was promoted heavily for the same reason as the WSOP...

I saw this last night and I was cracking up, I never saw that side of Gigabet before. I disagree with the guy who said this was boring, I've seen 2 episodes so far and I think they've been pretty entertaining. It's refreshing to see new players every now and then. Lance Funston makes for great TV. Actually that dealer at his table is my favorite at the Taj. His name is Pharoah and he's hysterical. I was there a few weeks ago playing $1/$2 and to my left was a kid who was playing for the first time. Pharoah was basically teaching him how to play. The kid wins a pot and doesn't tip him and Pharoah was like "you gots ta hook up the dealer when you take down a pot like that or else you won't get any more hands", lol. Needless to say, the kid tossed him a $5.

i have been enjoying it... mind you the first ep was really boring...

Man, that Jordan Morgan took a beating but handled himself pretty well. I would've liked to see more well-known pros in this tournament, but there's still some pretty good poker.

One of the funniest misreads in poker history happened in the last batch. They didn't show all the pre-flop action, but I assume it went something along the lines of...

Santoro raises AK, Morgan re-raises KT, Santoro calls...Flop KQ2...Santoro bets, Morgan pushes in, Santoro moans about this being "sick" and studies Morgan and finally triumphantly says, "You just gave your hand away! Set of queens!" and folds...and then goes on to show the table and brag about making a "pro" laydown

I spit my drink out when I saw this...how do you lay down AK in that situation? He already had half his chips in the pot I think. Does he really think he'll get a better situation to double up than TPTK on the flop? I love how confident he was that Morgan had a set of Queens too, hysterical.

I don't particulary care for that santoro fellow, he's an idiot..

He started complaining about Jordan calling with 4 5 suited and he flopped trips when Santoro had aces, that made me laugh
