not because he missed weight, because he missed weight for the most important fight. They gave him a headliner title fight on a ppv which fans paid TONS of money to watch which was a complete letdown cause he couldn't cut a few pounds. It's just bullsh*t that he didn't make it. Honestly how can you NOT cut weight for the BIGGEST fight of your life. Srsly, i would've thought he didn't care enough, therefore, he's not worth keeping in the UFC

Most of these guys are arrogant meatheads who don't exactly have the best sense in the world. Think HS wrestlers, ya know? Not all bad, but they also aren't always the most classy guys in the room. So I try not to really judge them on real world etiquette. Maybe not great on my part, but it's just the way it is. I also don't follow MMA as close as most of you I'm sure, but I enjoy watching it and whatnot.

Oh I totally agree that it was lame (I paid for that ppv too) and it should be, well, forever til he gets a main event or a title shot again - but to say it would be career ending I thought was a bit much

he is a great fighter, i just think his actions reflects a poor work ethic and general poor attitude towards his chosen profession. If he was my employee, he'd be fired.

the thing is, htey are still putting him on ppv's. Maybe they should consider letting him only fight on free shows until he can prove he's willing to put forth the effort required.

the fact that nate couldn't finish that fight may be worse than the fact that kalib didn't make any offensive moves. That was by far the most boring fight i've seen in a very long time. I would've rather they held each other on the ground to be stood up over and over because of inactivity instead of that
