I'd love some input on where I messed up the hand, I really think this might be one of the areas of my game where I need to fix.

1st Hand
Dealt to wordyyoyo [Qc Qs]
wordyyoyo: raises $0.75 to $1
Eisregen: folds
Bugler2: folds
Mantaz: calls $1
ahwaz: folds
jamoca151: folds
*** FLOP *** [8c Ts 6d]
wordyyoyo: bets $1.70
Mantaz: raises $2.30 to $4
wordyyoyo: calls $2.30
*** TURN *** [8c Ts 6d] [8h]
wordyyoyo: checks
Mantaz: bets $5
wordyyoyo: ?????

We both had chip stacks prior to the hand of $25 as well. Should I 3-bet push the flop?

2nd Hand
Dealt to wordyyoyo [Qd Qc]
wordyyoyo: raises $0.40 to $0.50
Hotmommi: calls $0.50
glassdarkly: folds
Pet1212: folds
LadyBug14157: folds
Flups: folds
*** FLOP *** [7s 4c Tc]
wordyyoyo: bets $0.75
Hotmommi: raises $0.75 to $1.50
wordyyoyo: raises $3.50 to $5
Hotmommi: calls $3.50
*** TURN *** [7s 4c Tc] [Ts]
wordyyoyo: ????

Again both of us had $10 stacks

Thanks!

I think both instances, villain most likely has a ten. AT, KT.

1st hand, I think a check raise on the turn is good.

2nd hand, I lead out and reavaulate from there. If villain makes a big raise on the turn, you're probably beat.

with $10 stacks in hand two, and reasonable bet commits us to the pot.

also, you'll get more or better responses in the NL forum than here

Good point. Wasn't paying enough attention to stack size.

Shoving on the flop after villain raises good?

If we play the flop the same way, what is our line on the turn?

i dont see how you could fold now that over half your stack is in, so i guess shove.
