Hopefully the traffic will improve shortly, but I have been playing a table or two to clear my bonus left over from the Ongame days. A couple of things I"ve noticed that I can't figure out.

1) If I lose a good number of chips but am not busted how do I bring more chips to the table?

2) My notes keep disappearing on some people do you have to save them somehow?

3) Why doesn't the lobby remember my preferences as to not to show play money etc

4) How can I change seats? If I leave a table to try to change seats that are open when I rejoin it automatically seats me at the same seat.

5) The preaction buttons look way to much like the "action" buttons. And the slider always leaves some chips when you try to get all in.

Hi Acid Joe, some of the things like the notes feature should be fixed soon with a new release of the software.

You can bring more chips to the table by going to options and then using the "Existing Chips to table" button.

The software is designed to sit you at the same seat so that players aren't moving around trying to gain position on somebody else. Whether that is a good thing or not I don't know.

The action buttons and slider are issues that have been identified and are on the list of improvements that need to be implemented.

I have also noticed chips being left when I go all....So, to combat this, first, I try never to use the slider and always type in my bet. And to go all in I just type 9999 as my bet and it puts everything in (unless of course I have over 9999 at the table...yeah, like that'll ever happen).

I sure hope that many of the issues in the client will be delt with in the coming update. I will eagerly await the update and try the new and improved features when the update is done. Hopefully you have done many updates and is presume the most importent ones first... The ones mentioned in this thread are just a few. Can you (FCP info) give some examples of what is being updated?

I'm not going to comment until the maintainance and new release of the software has been put in place which should happen later this week.

Some issues will be addressed by the new release but not all and I don't want to say that something will be and then have the software developers not have it as part of the new release.

FYI, that's a terrible thing. (IMO)
