Tonight I am either making spaghetti or if I am feeling lazy I will order a chicken salsa pizza that should last me for the weekend. Only trouble is I would have to drive 20 miles to get it and its supposed to be around 20 below tonight. Spaghetti it is I guess.

I had mcdonalds today because taco bell is like 7 miles away and it's snowing like hell outside.

Then my neighbors came over to eat food and they went to taco bell, wendy's AND mcdonalds and got like 1-2 things from each menu. It was an amazing site, considering I had just smoked a bowl.

Thank God they bought more than they could eat.

Lunch today was BBQ with a nasty mustard based sauce. Where the hell am I? This isn't North Carolina. (no offense to anyone from NC, I just don't like mustard based sauce. I like vinegar base.)

For dinner I had Mexican Lasagna. Something my sister in law makes. Tortillas, cheese, refried beans (and icewater) sour cream. All melted in the oven. Pretty yummy.

I just broke my fast and had three chocolate chip cookies. The soft chewy morsels were excellent.

Skinless chicken is worse than cheese pizza. At least cheese pizza has cheese on it.


I just finished eating a delicious sandwich. Take a bagel, and lightly lightly spread cream cheese on each side after toasting it. Then place a lot of smoked ham and some muenster cheese on top. Heat up some bacon, and add that to the sammy. Finally, add some honey mustard to taste.

Another great bagel sandwich, if you like smoked salmon. Bagel, lightly spread with cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onion, sprouts. Tomato and ham are optional, and although I like them, I think they take away from the texture. Very good.

Thanks but I'm the antivegan. People who eat vegetables make me sick. Except corn.

I haven't had meat in 2 weeks. I am still not calling myself a vegitarian but I have to admit, I am liking this change. Today, I am making a trip to Whole Foods.

On a side note, does anyone know why pancakes are also called "flap jacks"?? I see that in some breakfast places, and I'll tell ya what, it really grinds my gears.

I'm on a pretty hardcore diet, so for the last two weeks my food/drink/stimulant intake has looked something like this:

First 12 hours of day- 200oz of black coffee, 16 cigarettes

12th hour- Salad (lettuce, chicken, pepper jack cheese, Italian Ranch/SantaFe Ranch/Caesar/Honey Mustard/whatever dressing)

16th hour- Lean Cuisine pizza, Lean Pocket, or ham cheese and mayo wrap (no carbs)



That's it. Somebody ordered a basket of fries and chicken fingers today, and I almost strangled him.
