For those not familiar with Alternate Reality Games they are a type of game that overlaps the game world with reality by utilizing real world media in order to deliver an interactive experience. ARG's are typified by involving the players with the story and its characters, by encouraging them to explore the story, solve plot based challenges, and interact with game characters. ARG's can be delivered via websites, email, telephones, or any other means of communication which are readily available to the players.

So NBC announced the start of the Heroes ARG with the introduction of Heroes 360 on Jan 19th, 2007. So far this is what has been found.

The introduction to the the game was in episode 12 "Godsend" when Mr. Bennet hands his card over to Mohinder Suresh. The phone number for the Primatech Paper Company was visible (1-800-PRIMA-16), but the access code on the back was not. Calling this phone number you received a recording about Primatech Paper.

The show also instructed people who were interested to text the word "APPLY" to number 46622. Upon doing this you received the following message as a reply to your text message.

At that point you are also prompted to reply to receive more messages, if you do you get the following message.




At this point you go to the website which looks like this....



Now if you follow the instructions on the front page with your cell phone, you get a response to go to the wireless site at http://www.primatechpaper.com/wap. The site says "Trying to crack into this thing. Give me about a week. I'll let you know what to do."

If you view the site today you get a message that appears to be from Hana that says "I'm in and u shud b 2 Go online to Primatechpaper.com when you get home. Find helix on About Us page. Username: bennet Password: claire. Get to know them thru me. HGghx11a. Talk again soon" which matches the email discussed below.

On Jan 30th, people who had done the application received an email with instructions to go to the About US page of the website and look for a hidden Helix found in the logo, here is what it looked like when you moused over the logo on that screen.



Clicking on that logo, you were prompted for a password which was given in the email, username bennet, Password claire.



After doing that, the screen would do nothing momentarily and then it would fade to the upper left corner and a new hidden site would be revealed whichwas called "Assignment Tracker, Group C3".



In the email, the password to the top file was given. Username: bennet, Password HGghx11a (it is case sensitive) which opened the top file on Hana Gitelman (Wireless).



A few interesting things about the file. First there are 3 surveillance photographs of Hana, and downloadable PDF of her psychological evaluation in the Research Documents link (image below). If you look carefully you will notice some of the letter in the document are highlighted. Pulling those out of the file in order you were able to put together another password (GGeh81zu). There are a few medical looking notes about frontal lobes etc, nothing that really stood out.



Nothing we didn't already really know by reading the web comics series that introduced her. However taking the password from her file, you could open the 4th file on the main page which was a profile of Gabriel Grey (Sylar). Unfortunately the file doesn't look complete, the images are not accessible though the links that are there and none of the other links have content to download like Hana's PDF.

how did u get to register your email? or is it to late?

You just have to go to the primatech website, go into the apply area and punch in the code and fill out the application. I'm not sure you would get the email retroactively but I posted the info it gives you anyway. I imagine you will get future emails from them if you sign up though.

Just got a text message asking if I had figured out the clues to get into the Sylar file, and a warning that it won't always be this easy.

The Corinthian Casino & Hotel - Linderman's home establishment.

Go to the site and you can play various casino games, play one until you have over 360k and you get prompted to join a VIP club of sorts. They have video poker, so if you guys can't beat it why are you on a poker forum? You need a pair of jacks or higher to win a hand. After you do that you get asked for a password to something which i haven't discovered yet.

Password is "sword" if you get to the login page after accumulating 360k in chips. Gets you access to some art pieces.
