I guess this message is for Faketree, but others may be interested as well.
Would you be cool with others using the pics you've posted of Oolong as their avatar? Seeing as you're the one who 'found' him and introduced him to all of us, I thought it's only right to ask you.
I thought that one today with the corn on the head was hilarious!

Hmmm. I can't really claim Oolong all for myself. He is for everyone. Like weed.
I'd hate to lose credit for bringing Oolong to FCP though. But like I said, he's not mine to claim. So, knock yourself out.
You might have trouble as FCP doesn't seem to be accepting new avatars at the moment.

All in favor - "Aye"
The motion is so carried. Oolong is hereby declared the official mascot of FCP and the sacred idol of the FCP AWA.
Parliamentary procedure - righteous!

Oh, I see...it's okay to display poor chickens that have been decapitated, plucked of all their feathers, and packaged, but I show one little skinned rabbit and I'm a sick mothe.....okay, yeah I am sick.
But rabbit stew is gooooooood!

How did it get skinned? It looked like it was just born.

It was skinned by the people who eventually ate it I presume.
It is easier to skin a rabbit with two people. One person holds the rabbit by the tendons in the back legs and the other person cuts and peels the fur down over the rest of the body. It is a truly barbaric exercise. I have only ever been the holder.

Alive? Why alive? That seems so cruel.
Although I have skinned many a fish alive. Don't know why that seems so much more acceptable but somehow it does.

I have never witnessed a live skinning. That would be cruel. We catch them in snares and wait till they struggle and eventually strangle to death before skinning them.

I once saw a news story that accidentally combined a story about a guy getting some award and a story about a new pig slaughtering machine. Hilarity ensued.
But yeah, I'd like to hear a pig-killing story.
Especially if the pig in question is the one that busted me that time...
