Im not sure what the river bet is for? Is this a value bet or a bluff. I dont think hes folding a pair or calling down too many worse hands so I would just check the river.

Villain calls with anything that beats us.
Villain does not call with everything that we beat.
- probably only Aces.

So are the odds that he has a pocket pair less than the odds that he has an Ace and will call with it.
Both odds are slim.
So it's probably close.
But there might be some value there.

His line is weird.

I really doubt he has a pair here. He certainly doesn't have a T, or he'd bet that river all day.

I may have something like a 33, 44, 55, etc and think he is good, so he'd call with those, but his turn bet is a probably a bluff, so maybe he calls with Ax, Kx here.

It's worth a bet, imo.
