You have to lead out here after checkraising. If he had a K you probably would have gotten 3-bet.

Wow... preflop makes this interesting.

Button has a pocket pair, probably > 88, although not always, so I like the flop raise. UTG+1's cold call makes this a terrible spot. He has AA here a ton, I think. I'd really like to just c/f the turn, lol. Hmm, I see that the button folded the flop, so my read my be a bit off, or he actually used the info he was given, unlike most players.

However, we are almost never ahead of the utg+1 here. I want to c/f, but it seems way too weak. I'd probably just bet fold out of instinct, but c/f'ing is probably most correct.

If I remember correclty, villain is pretty tight postflop. Your not wa/wb, your dead here imo. BTW, this is a sign that you should get the **** off the 4/8 tables tongue.gif

you saw this hand?

here's my worry about utg+1

he checked and called 2 sbs. Don't you think he's either slowplaying his hand or he has something like JJ,QQ?

UTG+1 = sniffmyass right? I didn't see it, I just know who this opponent is (I have about 200 hands on him). Your exactly right, he either has QQ/JJ or a K. Either way, he's showdown bound, its just a question of how many bets you want to give him...

I never C/R, C/F, but this looks like a spot for it. The preflop 3-bettor checked the flop with the betting lead and then called two cold. No way we're ahead here. I think this looks like AK or KK more than a pocket pair. We're drawing dead.
