I really enjoy Daniel's Poker DVD, by far its the best quality made and i like how he takes poker players and talks to them one on one.

Other DVD's I enjoyed:

Phil Hellmuth's DVD series I found to be a great help, as well as Annie Dukes Advanced Poker DVD on tells and profiling.

Thats about it, plus watching Poker on TV and seeing how pro's play hands and styles, it's taking the DVD knowledge and hen seeing it in action.

It has helped my game very much.
