I'm concentrating mostly on the PF re-raise OOP.
The pre-flop raise might be a little steep, but not way out of line. Once he calls though, a continuation bet is usually a waste of chips. If he started with pockets its doubtful he's folding since any reasonable calling pockets are now either sets or overpairs to the board. It looks like you caught him with 44-66, a terrible call preflop.
