Second hand of a $1.20 45 man. I wasn't involved. SB is our HERO with AA. What do you make of this at these levels (or just in general)?

if you are going to fold to a min-raise on that flop you might as well just smooth call pf and play the hand for set value. this is any pocket pair here far too often to fold here especially at these limits. i've seen people people in villians shoes get stacked off here holding AQ a gagillion times.

plus at these levels people love to slowplay any hand that has hero beat here.

fold is just UGGO w/o a SICK read.

I completely agree with eveything you say. I'm playing a ton of these right now and see this crap all the time.

So what's your line here? How much do you reraise?

second hand of a $1.20 sng?

play AA like the nuts regardless of action. move on if you're beat. double up if not.

reraise all in and expect a call from a Ax and a PP.

Raise more preflop.

Bet more on the flop.

I shove after he min-raises.

I mostly agree (not completely, it is possible to fold AA postflop sometimes even on this level), I definately go broke here if he has an 8 though. It is extremely hard to put villain on a hand, he could have anthing from A7 to AK, any pocket pair, any two overcards.

Reraise all in is fine, you probably get called. If you feel a bit tricky, just calling and checkraising allin on the turn probably works too (villain seems willing to put chips in the pot).

Of course, I'm generalizing. Four to a flush, st8, or if he calls on a Khi board and then the turn comes another K, you can consider it.

But generally, you don't want to fold AA in the first orbit of a one dollar sng. You can always start another one and you're really looking for the one spot to double up early in these.
