I think i am betting 10 on river.
There are so many hands that crush him so i don't think he'd call a river bet without a flush at least. He can lay even aces down.
But you know i am so in love with betting on river.
Nice stack btw.

This was a guy that would continuation bet every flop after raising preflop. I called the flop because of this. I was fairly sure I had the best hand on the turn, but I thought it was best to keep the pot small. I thought that there was a good chance of me having the best hand on the river, but by this point I would get called by any straight or flush. Is it not better against a player like this to check behind?

With the reads you provided checking the river sounds better. Without the reads i was concantrated on making him lay down a slightly better hand like any two pairs or A2.
I suppose , with the read, you put him on KKxx or QQxx or something like J 10 9 8 right?

Yeah. I thought there was a good chance I was ahead, but didn't see the value in betting.

It was beautiful. I left when the table broke with $300 from an initial buyin of $70.
I don't want to redeposit on any site, so despite the fact that I have about $5k as a bankroll, I actually only consider myself to have a 'bankroll' of about $1200 on each site. I should be playing higher really.

Yeah take a few shot 1-2$.
I played some $200PLO before i had to cash out for the trip. It's not much different then 100PLO. People just do more ridiculous moves trying to outplay each other.

I've played up to $5/$10 before with about half of my roll at the time on the table. Sat with $500, rolled it to $1500 and suddenly realised that I could lose over £800 in a single hand. I don't relate $ to money usually, but this was about 7 months ago and I suddenly got scared when I looked at it. I've had a couple of sessions of $10/$20NLHE before, with mixed success.
I have finally learned about BR management now.
