BB checks, CO checks, Cobalt bets $18, 1 fold, CO calls

Turn ($58): Q (2 players)
CO checks, Cobalt bets $40


Standard or no? Re-raise pre-flop or just flat call? Should I just go ahead and pop those bets to pot-size? Been many months since I've played PLO8.

That looks sooper, but I do think there is value in reraising preflop to ~$16.

Flop bet is good. I think you could pot there, but it makes little difference. Depends on your general strategy - if you are a pot or nothing player then just pot again. If you normally bet amounts other than pot then I like $18 here.

Turn bet is good. You don't have the nut low, so I prefer trying to get a little less value. It would suck to get reraised here though.

I got that reference down! From the cartoon on nickolodean called "Doug" From the scene where his dog porkchop was at a sleep over with his crush patty to get some info but he ended up having fun. The reference is when the dog plays limbo with the girls and doug was watching...
