I like the flop, but I fold the turn.
It looks like he either slowplayed the flop, or hit the turn, and we are drawing to 9? outs for the boat, and some more for the flush, but for me, the flush is weak so I fold it.
Edit: My math could be wrong, but I think we only have 18outs. That means we are hitting it 36% percent of the time, and I don't think we are getting 3:1 on our money here.

Preflop a little loose with the deuce there, but you do have position.
Flop is good.
You need 12 outs on the turn to call (pot + implied odds means you need to improve 27% of the time which works out at 11.94 outs). With top set you have potentially 9 boat outs, 1 out for quads, 3 for the (probably split pot) gutshot and 9 outs for the flush. You have to be very unfortunate not to have 12 outs from those. I think the worst possible hand would be 9cQcJx9x which gives you 25% equity. On that basis I like the turn call.
River is a fold.

36% only needs about 2/1 odds.
