Well, my BR is finally big enough that I can play 3/6 short full time now. This is going to be my first time playing anything but a 1/2 blind structure. I'm goin to be playing over at AP where it is a 2/3 structure. Lol as we all know, 6max is a b*tch, and I really don't want to start bleeding money out of the SB from the get go. Having said that, what should the following numbers be around?:
1) Vol. put in from SB
2) Folded SB to steal
3) Att. to steal blinds (I figure since SB has a lower chance of folding now I'd have to tighten up my steal range)

I play FR, but we'll assume blind play is similar enough.
I assume a few things with the 2/3 structure. It takes opponents less of a hand to call in the SB, and it takes them less of a hand to raise out of the SB, esp in a blind battle.
Now, for when we are in the SB, if there are even 2 limpers, we're looking at 11-1 just to complete. I can't fold any two there. Sometimes I fold the lowest few hands, but it's only if I don't feel like playing ultra marginal situations vs decent opponents.
I also think that it takes a lot less of a hand for us to raise when in the SB, if there is a weak limper, we can raise a lot wider range from the SB, as we're only contributing 1 and 1/3 of a BB.
These are pretty much straight forward observations.
With respect to the specific numbers you requested:
1) Like I said, we should be completing a ton. I even complete a ton in B vs B situations. I really can't fold too much pf getting 5-1 unless I'm against very difficult opponents to play, when I'm OOP. It's also obviously a lot cheaper to cold call raises from the SB. I play it a lot like the BB, but fold a bit more, since the price is just that much worse. (My FR #: 37.72%, whereas it was 27.62 at 2/4)
2) Again, since more money is invested, we fold less, obviously. I 3-bet a ton here to fold the BB in steal situations. (My FR #: 77%, whereas it is 90% at 2/4)
3) I think you shoud steal more. Not only will you get calls from weaker hands, but there is more money out there worth stealing now. I definitely don't think you should decrease your steals. I mean, I'm not raising with total trash, but playable hands. J9, Q7, etc. (My FR #: 29.8%, whereas it's 25.5 at 2/4).
Obviously, my numbers won't be the same that we can expect from SH games, but I think that I make my points with them.

http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...showtopic=82362i posted my stats up there
if u'd like another ss of position stats, I have about 30k hands logged in 3/6 sh lhe and so far I'm doing well. At least half my hands are from AP's 2/3 structure. I don't know what 'standard' stats are but hopefully those work as a guideline.
As DanDruff (pro SH LHE'r) said, "One thing to think about: Playing your blind slightly too tight will never be a huge hole in your game."
