I'm not that surprised. carle has been pretty bad since the first month where he was very good, and bernier has just seemed missing for quite a while. should be good for them.

Also, earlier in the year josh gorges was sent down for a few days and has played a lot better since.

I heard Carle and Bernier were caught in the shower doing unspeakable things with a Joe Thornton Model CCM stick. Apparently they claimed they were just trying to make a bigger curve, but when questioned about the location of the butt end they remained silent.
