Sorry title says top two pair, it's actually top and bottom pair. My bad, not sure how "top" got in the title!

Villain has only been at the table for a few hands.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP2 ($20.20)
MP3 ($14.75)
CO ($36.75)
Button ($18)
SB ($13.95)
Hero ($23.35)
UTG ($12.90)
UTG+1 ($4.15)
MP1 ($17.85)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, Q.
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.25, 3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($1) 9, J, Q (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.75, UTG calls $0.75, MP2 raises to $1.5, SB folds, Hero?

Fold, re-raise, call......

I put him on AQ or KQ. I would call, and then bet $3 or so on the turn to extract more from him. Wouldn't worry about draws.

This is silly advice.

First, If you think you have the best hand you have to raise.

Second, That is a draw heavy flop so you do need to worry about draws.

Third, you don't want an action killer coming of on the turn if villian does have top pair top kicker or something like that. I like a raise here. If villian pushes then we have something to think about...

wow dont listen to this at all. There are a ton of draws so i could see a raise to 4 and fold to a push

Did UTG fold to the flop raise? The UTG limp and call is kinda scary but i like a raise to about 4 dollars. If you get called you i think you check fold the turn unless its a complete blank, even then i check call this down or fold to any bet, but the raiser is most likely pushing to your re raise if he flopped a straight. I cant see him flopping a set with no raise preflop but in any case i like a fold if he pushes.
