PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A.
2 folds, CO calls, Button calls, Hero raises, BB calls, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop: (8 SB) J, 8, 9 (4 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, CO folds, Button 3-bets, Hero ??

==================

How do I play my Overpair & Backdoor FD here?

Reads:

BB was new.

Button had never shown aggression with a draw.
I am convinced he has hit something already.
But I have seen him 3bet over 2 players with only Top Pair before.
So I could still be ahead of him.

Please advise

I would typically cap here, although I've been thinking about calling to see if BB caps. Anyone like that?

Cap? Because you want to throw out an extra SB over your frustration of your AA getting cracked?

If you are going to play the rest of the hand, call the three bet and re-evaluate at the turn. This board is already ugly for your AA and could get even worse on the turn. Save the bet.

I think you are ahead here a lot more than you guys think.

I think I probably call at this point and re-evaluate the turn. I don't really see much value in capping.
