UTG- complete idiot. Played every hand. Havent seen him raise in the 45 minutes since I joined the table. Would wait till turn to raise his monster hands. Would bet any pair when checked too in any position no matter the preflop action. Was pretty passive when met with aggression. Peeled flop and turn very liberally.

CO- seemed alright postflop, always opened with a raise preflop, coldcalled a tad too much preflop.

BB- havent seen him show down a hand yet, but he open limped in alot of pots and didnt seem to raise too much preflop in the short time I have played with him.

Me- Ive been running pretty hot. Lots of isoraising of UTG and lots of value bets/raises postflop.

Preflop: Hero is MP with 9 icon_suit_club.gif , 9 icon_suit_spade.gif .
UTG calls, Hero raises, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG 3-bets, Hero calls, CO calls, BB calls.

Should I be capping here? Does UTG ever have a monster?

Flop: (12.50 SB) K icon_suit_heart.gif , K icon_suit_spade.gif , Q icon_suit_heart.gif (4 players)
BB bets, UTG calls, Hero?

What should I do here? Plan for the rest of the hand?

if u think they'll fold, cap to make it HU. But usually in sh lhe low limits, if ppl call one raise, they're going all the way lol

I'd muck the flop. You don't have info on bb and he just led out in a multiway pot. Even if he led out with a draw, say j10 - he has 12 outs to beat you. So you're about 52% vs his range (j,10,q,A beat you) and with utg there, you can't put him on a hand. Your situation looks bad, fold and find a better place to play.

If you did play it,
I hope you raised and bet/folded the turn.

Im 95% sure that noone was folding preflop. I was more wondering if you guys thought I had the best hand or not?

I folded the flop too. I just dont know if its the best plan given how big the pot was.

Ya.

No fold equity before the flop.
So capping wouldn't be done to isolate.

I don't value cap this with 99 vs three guys.
I do with JJ.
TT is dependant on opponents, in my opinion.

The concept of "pot bloating" may apply here.
If it is capped 4 ways preflop, I expect everyone to be seeing the river.
And this just makes it that much harder for my 9's to hold up- even if they are the best to start.

So I call the preflop 3bet.
And I plan to iso-raise UTG's bet on a decent flop.

In the actual hand, the board and action on the flop were both bad.
So I fold.
