he's 13 and can already spin around with the puck and barely get a shot on net, he's clearly destined for greatness.

My Cousin's Kid goes to school with him

While impressive, there's a lot more to hockey than being able to do some fancy dangles... a lot of kids are practicing those move now. Yeah it's impressive, but I don't think it's indicitave of a future super-star, or that he'll even make the show. Can he hit? How's his first step? Is he fast? Can he "see" the ice? Can he pass? How's he defensively? How fast/deceptive is his release?

Serge will be looking to pick him up as soon as he records his first NHL point.
