Is it ok to post in this formum about poker software that I am writing? I posted about it in the General Board forum. It is only for limit though so I would like to post about it here if thats ok.

Used for hand calculation. It shows win %, outs, best possible hands. Then based on that information it plays the hand out. You are able to see everyones hole cards but the calculations know nothing about them.

The point of the application is to be able to test different sets of rules. For instance currently the pre flop rules are based mostly off of Internet Texas Holdem book. I however plan to add other options of preflop rules based on different books. So for instance you could have player one be playing book A preflop rules and player 2 playing Book B pre flop rules.

The application is far from complete its more of a work in progress and looking to get input from other poker players of things they would like to be able to test or see. In the futre I may try to do some player profiling based off of history files from poker sites.

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to post information about it. Just keep it in one thread.
