I wouldn't be worried about the guy who is all-in, it's usually a desperate call with whatever junk he's playing.

BB though, probably has a T, or some other funky 2 pair.

Against MP2 alone we have 46% equity here vs, any 2 pair combo, or straight combo. I didn't even include a hand like AcTc would could be semi-bluffing.
