I have Pocket Queens and flop a set on a 10-Q-6 rainbow. I bet get raised all in and call. Luck-Sack shows A-10 spades. Turn Ace, River Ace. 2 percent chance of that and he gets it.

He can win with:

A-A
T-T
J-K
K-J

If there was a spade on the flop he can hit running spades as well.

The chance of running aces is 3/45 x 2/44 = 6/1980 = 1/330 = 0.3%

Without a spade, he is only 2%.

I think it qualifies as a bad beat in any case.
