I was goofing around with short handed limit and was wondering what you thought of this...


Seat 1 : Max B has $2.03
Seat 2 : abbyoaks has $0.72
Seat 3 : molatman01 has $0.80
Seat 6 : No_Neck has $8.25
Max B is the dealer.

Hero has K icon_suit_club.gif J icon_suit_heart.gif and I raise, 1 fold Abb calls and Molataman calls,

Flop (6SB)
5 icon_suit_club.gif 9 icon_suit_spade.gif J icon_suit_club.gif

Mol bets, I raise, abb folds Mol calls

Turn (10 SB)

just checking to make sure no one would raise the river. I won, can't remember what the villain had but it wasn't good.

I play it pretty much exactly the same. NH.

Just to echo after reading replies, raising the river is a mistake IMO. That's a fairly scary card, I just call down and hope I'm still ahead.

I play it the same. However, would anybody consider a raise/fold line on the river? I'm not disciplined enough to do it, but is there any merit behind it?
