Preflop is good.

Leading this flop is standard.

Some may just call the flop re-pot but a blank turn puts us in a very difficult situation so i like the push.

Edit: I'm not sure who's who. Hidden=hero, right? AgnAT54= villain? megapels = villain donk? So three handed on the end?

Mostly it's a coin flip against reasonable hands. If our spades are live, I'd rather have the money in now. If they're not, we're putting our money in bad.

I don't think I fold the turn getting 3:1 unless the board pairs and I have a solid read on my opponent. So, I think the push is OK.

spades were live, esspecially the Qs becuase that was my straight flush card, all i saw on the turn was a black queen and i'm like YES, then i saw the club.

So gernerally the play was OK? i generally play tight in PLO but push big draws hard.

Are you wanting plausible arguments for folding this?

Noone thus far has even hinted at folding preflop.

Agreed.

That said, you played the hand fine. We all know that the Qs is a live out for you.

After the hand, you know the spades turned out to be live. During the hand, though, Dave's replay regarding "if the spades are live," you didn't know at the time, and someone will often be in/push/call with the nut flush draw here, so not all 9 outs are always live.

That said, if the spades turn out to be live, with a gutshot, you're pretty much a coinflip with that flop, so if you're aggressive, getting the money in there, especially 3-1 is never bad.

hmm good analysis, me saying the spades were live was purely read dependant i had actually put both of them on a set seeing i saw the donk put it in with bottom set no redraw against three tight players jamming...so i was thinking my draw was live...even if they had spades it was prolly nut lo...but i'm happy with my play...woudl have been nice to scoop though
