I think were going to drop from the ranks of the undefeated before Memphis does though. ACC schedule is just too tough. Is Wash St. really that good to be #4?

Yeah they will probably lose before Memphis. But Memphis plays nobodys all year. I'd rather have the ACC shcedule toughen the team for the tourney than a cupcake that leaves you soft.

Memphis played a pretty tough pre-conference schedule. Maybe the best in the country. I think they are going to be tougher than in years past in the tournament. They are the one team I don't want matched up with in the final four.

Oh yes, they are very talented. But I wouldnt fear them in the tourney. Three months of coasting to victory cant be good for a team.

Rolled NC state, I thought the game was going to be tough after watching NC State's defense the first few minutes then went on a huge run and never looked back.

Was interesting day of college ball, Wash St lost their first big game. MSU got held to 36 points by Iowa and UConn looks like they should be ranked even though they lost to Gtown.

I only saw the second half. My only thoughts are that Roy left Hansbrough in too long.

Strickland is going to be a stud; I don't know much about the other one.

Hopefully Indiana lands Stephenson for that class because that will be sick. I don't think he's considering NC too strongly, but you never know with that school.

It's looking like were going to have 7 PF/Centers vying for 4-5 spots, it's pretty gross. I'd like to see another guard recruit to come in to prepare to take over for Lawson.

I also like how were really not after any of the top 10 recruits, the ones who will likely be 1 and done before jumping to the NBA.

Yeah, they need another guard for that class. But one of the recruits has UNC listed above all other schools. SO hopefully he will commit and make it 5, 5 star recruits for '09. And a top ten national pg has already commited for 2010.

hmmm....we dont look so good the last couple games....the defense is horrible. We knew that would be an issue coming into the year but being ranked 200+ in the nation on defense usually means no National Championship. I have confidence Roy will figure out a way to patch it up. Oh well, it was time for a loss, its pointless to go undefeated in teh regular season anyhow.

Probably needed this loss as a wakeup call, disappointing nonetheless. We need to keep up the defensive intensity all game, our interior defense stinks. Another tough road test this Wednesday with Miami.

If you're talking about Dominic Cheeks, who is the only guard I can think of that fits this description, he ain't coming. Too many outside influences and handlers. Oh well. I think we're trying to get another 2/3 to go with Henson, who the staff is projecting as a 3/4.
