Take pills. It doesn't really matter what kind. Either take some downners around 11pm, or some uppers around 10am. The body has a way of evening itself out...as long as you take enough pills.
Or drink. Whiskey can make you tired too. Just a shot or a glass of wine at night. You won't become an alchoholic.
My schedule:
11PM->7AM Sleep
7AM-7:30AM Drive to school
7:30AM->3PM Class
3PM-3:30PM Drive home
3:30PM-4PM Eat snack/post
4PM-5PM Homework/post/listen to music
5PM-7PM Chill/post
7PM-8PM Eat
8PM-11PM TV.
I'm not a degenerate like the rest of you, so I don't play much poker.
