my image of ascarta is not much solid, im new at this table (10 hands max) but he seems to abuse the allin move.

The flop is a weak one, he is probably banking on the fact that with only a K on board, you either missed the board or are looking at an overcard to your pair. Sounds like you need to take him down a peg.
