Using party for my hands....and http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php that as my site, and the results keep coming out f*cked up...and no idea why...heres an example

I know in this hand I didnt play, however this is what it always looks like when i convert.....any ideas why? i am coping everything of the hand so i dont know
