Full Version: Tech Difficulties - Bankroll Gone
FCP Poker Forum > Archives > FCP Poker Room

I logged onto the client program, and my real money bankroll is gone. Support told me it was a tech difficulty. It has been over 2 hours, and nothing.

Anyone else have this problem.
Actuary
you should have 300BB for Limit
and 20 buyin's for NL
I don't play much NL though; so not sure on that.

that site has more fish than most.
Perhaps a roll of 250BB for Limit would suffice.
It all depends on your win rate, how prepared you are to move down, or how losing 100BB's would impact your play.

Yes, me too. Kenneth from support told me that it could be up to 48 hours until my role is available to play again.

The issues for Non-Americans today are related to a process that FCP is having to go through to comply with On Game's block of American players.

While we are going through the process FCP players won't be able to play for real money no matter what country they are in. That process should be complete and FCP should be back up for non-Americans for real money play on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

You won't see your poker balance in the game client but you can see your balance in either the cashier or My Account area of the website.

It's a sad state of affairs when I have to surf through forum postings to discover the problem when a simple e-mail to your CUSTOMERS would have sufficed. It was my understanding that NON-american players would not experience any difference in play times or other issues...........that's what I was told by YOUR STAFF.

still no money

how long do we have to wait

to think we left money in our accounts on good faith
and assurances from fcp that things would be fine

Hi Dormie, your money is still there it's just that you can't see it in the poker client.

Your balance is visible to you either through the FCP Cashier or the My Account area of the website.

We hope that the process that On Game is requiring us to go through is completed to their satisfaction on Wednesday and that our Non-Americans can play for real money again.

I am from Germany and my bankroll has alos gone.
I was very nervous about where my money is until i found this forum. I am very disappinted, that I wasnt' informed by FCP about what happened and that I had to find out myself.
But I still do not fully understand the reason why the money isn't displayed, when starting the FCP Software.

And I wonder, waht happens to my Bonus: I cant clear my bonus when I am noit able to play an gather Pooints. Will my 90 day period for cleaning the bonus be extended?

And the most important question: When will the problem be solved?
