I got sick of Bodog's software...it's not bad, just boring to look at if you're not getting cards. Made some mobney and now i'm moving it to Stars probably until FCP figures it out.
I really like games like HORSE, etc. to run while I'm playing the usual NL cash games. What stakes are the mixed games typically running at on Stars? Can I find 1/2, 2/4 and 3/6 consistently?
Thanks~

I think between the 3 limits there are generally a couple games running just about at all times. Currently, at around 12:30pm EST, there are 0 3/6 games running, 2 2/4 games, and 1 1/2 game. I imagine it gets better during peak hours.

Haha sorry, don't actually play them, was just trying to help you out as best I could. Hopefully someone else that actually participates in those games will chime in for you.

Quality not so good as when they first started.
The $2/$4 is still OK, but it's a bit tougher as you move up.
3 x $10/$20 going right now....

I play the $1/$2 games and they vary. Some days I feel like the only person who has a clue in all the games, other days I feel like I'm sitting with pros. I'm up overall, although my 2-7TD addiction is starting to cut into my profits.
On a side note, I occasionally play $1/$2 Stud8 and the tables seem ultra soft. My sample size is kinda small, but I've done a lotta scoopin'.
Agree?
Disagree?
Don't care?

I agree with the way you describe the HORSE games.
As for the stud8/b, move up if you have the roll! The games at $2/$4 are soft too.

Good to know. I think I may switch to 1 HORSE table , 2 Stud8 tables and cut back on the 2-7 until I build a roll for $2/$4.

I played $2/4 for an hour last night and finished up 11 bb's.
I think the winning strat is:
Limit HE: Play well & aggressive
Omaha H/L: Practice good starting hand selection based on players & position, and play good boards hyper aggressively
R-S-E: Nutpeddle and push hard with good hands.
At least for 2/4.
