How does $ Xfer work ? (charges involved ? one way or two way Xfer choices ) etc etc.

Since FCP is about to switch networks you probably wont have much use for this info. As Im sure the bonus system will be different at the new network.
But I will try and answer your questions anyway:

The bonus is cleared at 9 points/1 bonus $
Lets say you have deposited in order to receive a 100$ bonus. Those 100$ will be placed in your cashier account.
To start clearing the bonus you need to transfer the bonus $ to your poker account. Minimum 10$ at a time.
So if you transfer 10$, you will then need to collect 90 points (in 90 days i think) and then the 10$ will be credited to your poker acc..
