Amazingly, this title isn't even sarcastic. I've been with Pokerroom for awhile, just doing bonuses whenever they had them. I had a bunch of bonuses in my account recently, but all expired except one. I tried to wrap that up this week, but games weren't as available as I thought, so that bonus expired too. However the expiry date on the bonus was "11-7-07," so i assumed i had until midnight on that day to finish it. as it turns out, it expired at 12:01am.
i emailed pokerroom to complain about this, threatening that i'd leave pokerroom if i was not reimbursed, etc, etc since i'd cleared 60% of the bonus. i expected to hear nothing back, since they've always been horrible with support.
surprisingly, i heard back a few hours later from someone asknig me to clarify the situation. i did so, and within a few hours heard back again saying they'd forward my complaint to the right department. i just checked my account, and not only is my full bonus back in my account, it includes the points i'd already earned, and i have a full extra month to clear it.
summary: pokerroom's support surprisingly does a fantastic job. woohoo!
