3500 sq ft house, about 15 min from strip in high class area of vegas. 3 guys live here, including myself, and looking for a 4th. One of us plays poker full time, and other 2 play part time. We need someone by the 1st of december. You will have your own bedroom but share a bathroom, rent is 425 a month, security deposit is 400, and utilities range from 75-150 a month each, which is divided equally between us 4, depending on the season...

Utilities are wireless internet, cable (movie channels included), DVR, electricity,water,trash,(getting a maid),gas,power,landscaping(free).

Plz write me back asap, with details about yourself and when you would be able to move in, if accepted, what you do for work, if and where you play poker, just anything u think we would want to know...
