I just noticed, but didn't the max rake on pokerstars used to be $3 and it used to be one FPP for every dollar in rake right?


now it's 1 point per .40 in rake for 1/2 pl/nl or lower

2 points per $2 rake at 6 max tables, $3 rake at full table

3 points for $5 in rake!!

This is new, but I believe it's been like this for a week or so now.

They actually made the FPP system better, if PP24 and Abba were correct in another thread. It's easier to rack up VPPs now.

It's way better now, espec NL & PL and 6-max players.
Lots more guys should be able to go Nova in 2007

The $5 cap only applies to $200/400 tables.

Everything below has a $3 cap.

so only 200/400 players can get 3 points in a hand?

Or 10.5 points if they're supernova.

But trust me, you're much better off having a cap of 3 and being limited to earning 2 - 7 points a hand (depending on your vip status).
